What printing methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF), embroidery, and other decoration options depending on your project.
Can I order just one shirt?
Yes! Many of our online designs are available with no minimum order. Custom bulk orders may have minimum quantity requirements.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely. The more you order, the lower your cost per item. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I supply my own apparel?
In some cases, yes. Reach out to discuss your project, and we'll let you know if customer-supplied garments are a good fit.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship nationwide, and local pickup is also available if you are based in Northwest Arkansas.
What if there's an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there's a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work to make it right.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary by order type, but most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days after artwork approval.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred, but we can also work with high-resolution PNGs and JPEGs.
